Where Is Enzo Weddings?

Enzo Weddings is located at Ironbark Hill Vineyard in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region, NSW. It’s nestled on the picturesque property of Peter Drayton Wines, which means you’re surrounded by rolling vineyards that actually produce some of Australia’s best wines.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel like you’re stepping into something special — a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern luxury.

Why I Love Photographing Weddings at Enzo

It’s not just the vineyard views or the beautiful architecture — it’s the people behind the venue. Every time I shoot here, the staff, management and owners make it such a pleasure to be part of.

They truly care about every couple, every guest, and every detail. It shows in the way they run their weddings, and that passion makes it such a joy to capture.

The property spans 30 acres and offers both a ceremony chapel and reception venue on-site — all surrounded by lush vineyards and native bushland.

You’ll also find the Ironbark Hill Brewhouse, a cellar door, and a handful of accommodation options right on the property.

The Chapel

Enzo’s beautiful air-conditioned chapel features floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the vines. It’s flooded with natural light and gives you that “outdoor vineyard feel” — with all the comfort and shelter of an indoor space.

It’s perfect year-round, especially in the hot Hunter Valley summers, where temperatures often hit 35°C or more.

Outdoor Ceremonies

Still dreaming of an outdoor ceremony? No worries — the property is big enough to accommodate outdoor setups too. Just keep the weather in mind if you're planning for summer!

Wedding Photos at Enzo Weddings

With thirty acres of vineyards, trees, dirt roads, a dam and more, Enzo offers a huge variety of backdrops — all within walking distance.

  • Right next to the chapel, you’ve got vines and golden light (my favourite combo).

  • Head behind the buildings and you’ll find a dirt road lined with trees, a peaceful dam, and more vineyard rows leading to Ironbark Retreat.

  • And if you’re up for a mini adventure, there are some epic off-site locations just a few minutes down the road for those wide-open, rolling countryside shots.

Where to Stay – Wedding Accommodation Near Enzo

One of the perks of a Hunter Valley wedding is the huge range of accommodation available nearby. But here are a few standout options I’d recommend if you’re getting married at Enzo:

On-Site Cabins

There are six small, modern cabins on the Ironbark Hill property. They’re perfect for two people and ideal for guests or family.
They’re a bit tight for wedding morning prep if you have a large bridal party — but super convenient for a night’s stay.

Ironbark Retreat

Located at the back of the property, this 4-bedroom house sleeps up to 15 people. It’s great for family groups and has gorgeous vineyard views. It’s about a 1-minute drive from the venue.

Enzo Cottage

Just 2 minutes from Enzo, this modern, rustic-luxe cottage is perfect for wedding prep.

  • Spacious living area, kitchen, and three bedrooms in the main house

  • Plus a separate Master Suite with a four-poster king bed and ensuite

It’s private, stunning in photos, and has all the space you’ll need for a relaxing wedding morning.

The Reception Space

Enzo’s reception venue is a blend of elegance and country charm.

But honestly? What makes it extra special is the team and the food. Every wedding I’ve done here, the staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making your day amazing. Oh — and the food? Always on point.
