WHAT IS YOUR STYLE OF PHOTOGRAPHY?
We cover weddings in a very journalistic style but, while we are very hands-off and unobtrusive in our coverage of the day, we do believe that there is a time and place for gorgeous, casually directed (not posed) images of the couple together. This is where our magazine experience comes into play.
Our style is natural, fun and relaxed, capturing your wedding as it unfolds. You have spent many months planning everything to be just right for your day. We capture all of the finer details you have planned, your special guests and the natural emotions of your day.
Our role is to use our years of experience to know when moments are going to occur and make sure we are in the right spot, at the right time to get them for you.
We can direct you when necessary to capture you and your new husband or wife at your best and we take great pride in knowing the Newcastle, Hunter Valley and Port Stephens local areas like the back of our hands in order to make the most of the stunning locations that will feature in your images.
DO YOU TAKE PHOTOS OF OUR GUESTS?
Simple answer is YES! - When you look back at your images you will want to see all the fun and love that your guests brought to your special day. So even though we are concentrating on our couples, our role is also to make sure we capture your entire wedding day to tell that special story in pictures.
WHO WILL EDIT MY IMAGES?
All our images are processed by Thierry. Thierry has been perfecting his editing skills now for over 14 years and has edited close to a million images!
Photography is half the art work, the editing is the second half and we take great pride in making sure that is all done in house.
WHERE DO YOU LIVE AND HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?
Our studio is in Newcastle and yes we travel all over Australia. We’d love nothing more than to photograph your wedding overseas as well so make sure you drop us a line!
DO YOU PROVIDE VIDEOGRAPHY SERVICES?
Yes, we now offer several videography packages as well, please check out our videos
DO YOU DISCOUNT FOR THE VIDEOGRAPHY SERVICES IF I BOOK PHOTOGRAPHY?
We have priced the videography into our packages as we don’t offer videography on its own so the discount has already been applied!
DO YOU SHOOT BOTH COLOUR AND BLACK AND WHITE?
Yes we do - I absolutely LOVE black and white images as they provide nothing but emotion!
HOW MANY PICTURES WILL WE RECEIVE?
We do not limit the amount of images we take. As our packages are not timed, it really varies wedding to wedding and is dependant on a large number of factors/
On average, you will receive anywhere from 500 - 1200 fully edited images.
DO WE MEET UP BEFORE OUR WEDDING?
Yes - we like to meet up with all our couples over a coffee or beer before your wedding day.
We pride ourselves on capturing your personalities within your images, so it’s very important to us to get to know the two of you. It’s equally important for you to get to know us so that we have a high level of comfort, a strong relationship, and a high level of trust on your wedding day.
CAN WE PRINT OUR OWN PHOTOS?
Yes you can - You will receive your images in private online gallery as well as on a custom USB which you to take to your local professional printer.
HOW DOES THE ALBUM PROCESS WORK?
On your private online gallery, you will have a ready made link to select your favourite images.
Once you have selected your favourites, I will build the album proof for you. Once you love it, we go to print. Your album is ready for collecting approximately 4 weeks later.
WILL YOU HELP US WITH OUR WEDDING TIMELINE?
One of the main reason’s you book an experienced photographer is because they can provide years of experience to help you get exactly what you are after

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE WEDDING?
HONEYMOON time!
Whilst you’re away relaxing on a beach in Fiji, I am working on your wedding images in the many stages of the editing process. Images can take up to 12 weeks to be delivered to you, however we aim to get them to you within 4 weeks of your wedding day.
WE AREN’T SURE IF WE WANT A FINE ART ALBUM, CAN YOU SHOW US SOME SAMPLES? CAN WE ORDER AN ALBUM AFTER OUR WEDDING?
Yes, as we edit all your images ready for print they are completely ready anytime to be designed in an album.
We often have couples decide to purchase an album for their first wedding anniversary
